COURTHOUSE ALTERNATIVE-  For couples that wish to use Harmony Ranch for an intimate ceremony without a reception, we offer a courthouse wedding alternative. Starting at $500, the courthouse wedding alternative includes two hours for the bride, groom, parents and 10 guests to have a private ceremony and access to the grounds for photos. You can purchase additional hours for more guests/rental time.  You may use an officiant of your choosing or we can provide one for an additional charge. Limited days and times available.

*2 DAY RENTALS INCLUDE-  Friday day setup, Friday overnight stay on the property for 8 Guests, 2 Bottles of champagne, cheese & cracker tray, and bottled waters in Bridal and Groom’s suites.


*1 DAY RENTALS- Rehearsal will be scheduled the Thursday before your Wedding.

  • MUST COUNT STAFF AND VENDORS IN YOUR MAX CAPACITY NUMBER.

  • BUILDINGS ARE ADA ACCESSIBLE. OUTDOOR EVENTS ARE NOT.

  • NO FLAMES, CANDLES, HAND-HELD SPARKLERS OR FIRE OF ANY TYPE.

  • SMOKING INCREASES SIGNIFICANT FIRE RISK TO PROPERTY AND IS ONLY ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA. 

DEPOSITS AND FEES

  • $400 DAMAGE DEPOSIT FULLY REFUNDED SHOULD NO DAMAGES OCCUR

  • IF SERVING WINE/BEER, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HIRE OUR LICENSED BARTENDER ($100)

  • $200 CLEANING FEE (You are responsible for bagging trash and removing decor, we do the rest!)

  • 40% OF DEPOSIT DUE UPON RESERVATION. REMAINING 60% DUE 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT.
